Important notification about online filling up of examination form of UG

This is for information to all concerned that the schedule of admission process of B.A/B.Sc/B.Com.(Hons. & Gen. Course in day and second shift) except vocational/self financing courses for the session 2020-23 in all constituent and affiliated colleges under Ranchi University , Ranchi through chancellor’s portal (https://jharkhanduniversities.nic.in) is as under:

Application submission period for admission in College through Chancellors Portal (https://jharkhanduniversities.nic.in)	06.08.2020 to 19.08.2020 & will continue till 31.08.2020
Sending First Merit list to the Colleges by NIC will continue as Second & Third list	20.08.2020
First selection list to be published online by college	22.08.2020
Period of admission for 1st selection list	24.08.2020 to 26.08.2020
Second selection list to be published online for vacant seats only and as waiting list by the college	27.08.2020
Period of admission for second selection list	28.08.2020 to 31.08.2020
Session begin subject to covid-19 guidelines	01.09.2020

N.B. : (1) Admission may continue further if the seat remains vacant even after beginning of the session.

(2) If an applicant wishes to apply for more than one college then separate application is required for the college concerned.After that,

Weightage allowed to applicants as per University & state government rules will be given during preparation of merit list .

Principal/prof in-charge are directed to follow the reservation policy of the state government.

The certificate is issued by the relevant authorities of the state government will be valid for any claim.After that,

Any other authority which is outside of Jharkhand issue Certificate Therefore,This will not entertain.

The original will be verified at the time of admission if an applicant fails to produce the original certificate then his/her claim will be rejected.After that,

Application fee

(1) for general and OBC candidates RS. 500/-

(2) for ST SC candidate RS. 400/-

Application fee to be deposited as per college fee structure online through payment gateway of Oriental Bank of commerce taken over the Punjab National Bank, R.U. campus branch, Ranchi & H.D.F.C., Ranchi integrated at the chancellor’s portal.After that,

The payment will go to the bank account of the college directly through the payment gateway of chancellor’s portal.After that,
